| After the few days of trouble I have had this week,today was pretty normal.I bought my mom supper and now I am home surfing the web. |

| I got my new tires put on today.Had a time getting the old tire off but it got done and hopefully I can ride for awhile problem free. |

| Yesterday I went to get a new set of tires put on my truck.Their credit card machime was out of order and she would not take a check.She told me she needed cash so they could go buy the tires.Well,I went out earlier with the plan to go to the ATM to get some money and you know it my tire was completely flat.I have a spare but my jack is MIA.Now instead of getting upset I decided to visit WDC,while I figure out what I am going to do. |

| Let me tell you about my day.The supply truck was running late because of weather conditions and we were running low on some items.My manager asked me to run up the street and pick up a few things until the truck arrived.I walk out to my truck and bam! just as I get to my truck I slip and fall on my left knee and then onto my back.I lay there for a few minutes and then I get up and limp back into the building.Now I have a knot on my knee,my back and neck is sore and from experience when I wake up tomorrow it will be much worse.And,How was your day? |

| After all the snow we had a few weeks ago we all thought the bad was behind us.Today it has sleeted and rained for a good portion of the day.Now,when I go out to leave for work I hope the roads are good and that my car will start. |

| I am finally back on WDC and I don't know what to do.As I have stated earlier I have been away for a long time and I am lost.I just keep checking in and hopefully my muse will wake from its long slumber and give me some ideas. |

| Hello Writing.Com,I have been away for what seems like forever.I have moved and due to financial and computer problems I haven't been able to enjoy my time on Writing.com.I am back and I hope to get back into writing and delighting the many fine writers that have made Writing.com their home.Until later,I have missed all of you. |

| To me there is nothing more scarier than knowing your mom is sick maybe besides your kids. My mom hasn't been feeling well, but she is so stubborn she tries to pretend she is okay. My mom told me last night she was feeling better but I know she would say that because she just doesn't want to go to the doctor. I can't make her go anywhere and it does make me kinda angry because she is so stubborn about going to be checked out. What is a person supposed to do? |

Saturday April 16, tornadoes ripped through North Carolina leaving behind destruction as it moved on. In
a nearby town, a restaurant was completely destroyed with people trapped inside. Luckily, everyone was found and freed from the rubble. A middle school was damaged, buses damaged and debris covered the highway. Many homes were destroyed some looking as if they were split in half by trees falling on them. Powerlines were all over the place and hail(estimated at least 2 inches in diameter)fell for awhile. Some went without power for awhile and some still don't have power yet. Please pray for those who lost a loved one and for those who now face the task of rebuilding their homes and businesses. |

Don't you just hate it when you are traveling down the road of life just enjoying the ride and all of a sudden
you run over a pothole and get a flat tire. Soon as I get this flat tire fixed I will start traveling again. Just a snall setback, my travels may have been halted for a bit but I am definitely going to continue on. |

| I got off work early and now I am washing clothes. Then, I have to go down to the laundromat to dry the clothes because my dryer decided to quit. Doesn't that sound like fun? Who wants to go with me? |

| The job is still getting me up everyday. Each day I get basically the same calls. Most days seem to go by pretty fast because I am on the phone and don't have time to look at the clock. |

| I work 9am-6pm this week. I have to get up erlier than usual to get ready and to get to work, but at least I will get home at a decent time. I am getting more use to the phone and computer but when I get a caller who seems to want to fuss I want to throw the phone down and leave, |

| My job is slowly getting better but some of my calls the people fuss and get loud especially when they don't like what I tell them. I am only relaying to them information that comes from the system we use. I just let them fuss and then try to help them. Please say aa prayer for me that I can continue to keep my cool in the face of adversity. |

| The job is still going good. I find that I enjoy talking with the many different people I have the opportunity to speak with. I also enjoy trying to help them find answers to their questions. It is still stressful but it keeps getting better everyday. |

| Well, I have been on the phones for almost two weeks. Each day gets a little better. I had a call this week from a lady who got just a tad upset. I could understand her frustration and I didn't take it personally. She got loud and I let her vent and then I transferred the call to someone who could help her. |

| Wednesday was bad, Thursday was a major improvement and Friday was even better. I still had to ask for assistance but not as much. I am getting better but I know I still have so much to learn before I am going to be able to go thru an entire shift without having to ask for help. One girl in my group decided that she was not going to be able to cut it and quit. She was to the point of stressing so bad she wasn't sleeping. The one bad thing about her was she was probably one of the smartest people in the class. We all tried to convince her to stay and give herself time to get accustomed to the entire process but she had basically already made up her mind to quit. I feel bad for her but she told me she needed peace of mind and that I can understand. |

| Yesterday was my first day on the phone with my new job. I learned alot in class but when I got on the phone I completely forgot what I was supposed to do. I was so stressed out that I considered leaving and not going back. Yet, here I am trying to figure out what I am going to wear to work today. I am going back and hopefully everything will go better today. |

| I am still at my new job. I am still in training but in less than 3 days me and the rest of my coworkers will be out on the phones doing what we have been in training to do. I am excited and nervous at the same time. Please say prayers for me. |

| I am still in training for another week. Then I will start being on the phone helping customers with whatever questions they may have. I am really excited. |
