Hello, I am glad you are back. EX Navy, no wonder...My second son and my brother are both ex-navy and they both think ahead like you in another post talked about. Eight kids...lucky you. I raised three of my own then helped my daughter raise five. Your house must be bubbling with personalities.

Yes my oldest son was an alcoholic. I couldn't help him. I could not get him to even TRY to stop. It didn't end well for us. He took his own life at age 45 on his birthday. When a person doesn't want help there is nothing you can do. We tried interventions, we tried walking away, alcohol and drugs won.

You sound like a kindred spirit to my brother. BE PREPARED always for any and everything. Don't give up on your loved ones, not everyone thinks ahead. Some of us less evolved people like to slide along life's slopes on our butts. Good luck sometimes we have to experience the bunders before we learn. It might help that you can always say "I told you so."

Nope! no swelling or strange feelings. I do get this killer itch sometimes but it's not just in my feet, it's in different extremities at different times, but other than that, nothing.

Okay. Sure why not.

They can tell a lot by blood tests and visually as far as diabetes. If it's Type to you can control it with diet awareness. I know one person who lost enough weight that she's no longer diabetic.
Do your feet swell up or have any unique feelings in them?

Yes, I have been reading your entries with interest. You have a talent for expressing yourself with honesty. I can apreciate that. I have experienced some very similar things in my life, as well.

If I were to do a review, I would have to call out the punctuation (or lack thereof)
But perhaps, some of this may be intentional to allow your feelings to be expressed. You are the writer here, but I just wanted to give my thoughts on this. Another thing I need to mention is the incomplete wording, such as, in”S”, 2nd line. “Feels like the world is moving i slow motion.

I really do like your work and look forward to reading more of it. Thank you for sharing.

I agree. I think the reason so many people side with him, who have no reason to side with him, is because they've dug their heels in. They've been scorned by people who knew better than they did, and the only way out of it for them, mentally, is to not be in the wrong. So they convince themselves that they aren't. In order to not be wrong, Trump has to be good. So he is, and everyone who says he isn't is lying. I think getting out of this mess is going to be tricky, and I'm not sure we can. But out best shot is to stop putting Trump's followers on the defensive and get them to understand that they have a place among us if they want to have one--and they must have a place, otherwise they will never leave Trump's side. Why would they?

I'm sorry. Getting your house back and your daughter back is a blessing, albeit in disguise.I do hope the police get him first. He won't even realize what he did was so wrong. SADLY. Work on healing her, she needs your help. Thanks for sharing.

Kids!

Kids. Gotta love'em huh? Of course we do! They are the joy of our lives. Our only hope of living forever. The best part of us. Until you raise them, put your all into them, then realize, they gonna do what they wanna do no matter how you raised them. How can a kid that does some of the dumbest shit in the world, AND think they know better than me, come from my loins? Did my wife fuck the mailman? Am i the father? Cause my kids can do some stupid shit, and that just aint me. I used to think i did stupid shit when i was young,but damn, i got nothing on these fools. And i can see the intelligence in them. In school they kick ass. i love it. But put these lil fuckers in a regular life situation and they flake out.And will argue you down to the ground, like they are right! But that's ok, i know something that will pick up where i left off as far as schooling that ass. It's called life. Good luck!

Ever notice how when shit is bad for you, you can write like half a book about how bad it actually is, but when things are going good, you almost have to struggle to string a whole sentence together after you say things are good the first time? Well that's where i am this morning. Things are good! Been hitting the gym regularly, lost a pound, no major problems looming over my head right now, so, things are cool. Of course, since i said that, the world will come to an end tomorrow. But for today, fuck it, i'm happy!

Ok Democratic voters, will you support whom ever wins the nomination? Could you Bernie people support Biden or Warren? You do know a no vote for the nominee is a yes vote for Trump, right?In the immortal words of Rodney King: Can't we all just get along? What say you? You see what Trump is doing now that he is unleashed, right? Hunting down people that testified against him and firing them for doing their jobs. Ranting against judges and even jurors! Firing folks that are just telling him the truth about Russia's attempts to interfere in our elections, again. I served this country, put blood sweat and tears into defending it, and it hurts my heart to see what this fool is doing to the greatest, fairest, and strongest country in the world. We used to be leaders, now other world leaders laugh at our President. This country was never perfect, but it was already great before Trump came along. Perfect example of fixing shit that aint broke. Vote Blue!

Motivation!

Motivation! I have a few goals that i need to accomplish this year, and no, not some stupid new year's resolutions, i mean shit i gotta get done. Some are physical, others financial, and some spiritual. All are needed to drag my family into living more abundantly. As for motivation, man, nothing beats a good work-out. I started going back to the gym, and i feel great! I aint knocking anyone that goes to those $10 a month gyms, but i like all the bells and whistles. My gym has a sauna, a pool, and i hot tub. I love that shit. Even got a day care center. i can see myself getting addicted to this again, and i need it. My body humming from last night's work-out right now. Which makes me even more ready to tackle work and what ever comes next. Motivation!

Febuary

It's Febuary already! I feel strong and confident that i will bend this year to my will and have a great one because of it. Time is flying, and i dont mind at all. i got 24 months of a 60 month bankruptcy to go, but we are over the hump. I plan to finish Hell in Ypsi this year, finally. I just added a fifth chapter to it, yall should check it out.Start from the beginning though. See yall later!

The gym!

Sneaky me! I am today in the process of tricking my wife into going to the gym with me. We are both overweight, and any exercise would do us good, but i'm on a mission to see to it that we live long lives, and getting in shape is one way i plan to do it. Personally, i wanna lose about fourty pounds, so away we go!

My family

Here is how my family is ordered: Wife-Leelee age 46, Daugter-Mechelle age 28, Son- Tre age 26 , Daughter -Destanni ( pronounced Destiny) age 23 , Son DJ (Damian James) age 21, Daughter-Diamond age 19, Son- Andre age 13, Daughter Dawn age 9. We also have two dogs , Lewis and sara. So I guess this is a little late, but now you have a reference guide when i talk about my family. lol yeah there are alot of us.
