The Regulator is the story about a young man, Andrew Stark, who finds himself in the middle of a zombie apocalypse while working his Summer Job in between his senior year of high school and his freshman year of college. Trapped at the camp with the kids and the staff, Andrew must learn how to be a survivor and be a leader in this new world, while trying to keep everyone around him safe. But it's not as simple as killing Walkers and hiding behind walls as newer and more dangerous threats rise. From bandits, to the elusive Bedlam, and even internal conflicts taking their share of survivors, who will be left by the time it is all over. And what will be left of them. Note: What you are reading is an unfinished rough draft. I do not expect you to finish the story, though that is always greatly appreciated. I post here mostly as an organized way of showing it to friends who are giving me critique. As time goes on, I'll be able to finish the story then do re-writes, and hopefully somewhere down the line be able to call this story "done". |
