Book notes and my thoughts
As of January 2014 I stopped taking my depression medication. I have been on depression medication for about fifteen years now. I feel like God was sending me messages telling me that I am ready to be without the medication now. I have always had a close relationship with my father in heaven. In all truth he has always been my confident. He has always listened to me. He has answered many of my prayers of course not all of them. He communicates with me often and I try to listen to him, but my heart isn't always open enough to hear him. Most of the time I hear him and I try my best to do what he asks me to do, but I have a flaw I am human. I have this thing called free will. Well, he gave it to me. My head isn't always thinking straight. I make dumb decisions instead of listening to him by doing what is right for me therefore; I screw up sometimes, before I get my heart and my head together to make the right choice. Whew, life can be rough sometimes, but I know as long as I don't let the wrong people make me think less of myself and I keep remembering "No One Has The Power To Make You Feel Less Than Amazing! I can make it through anything!
