The world is recovering from war when the Dragons return bringing magic with them.
Megacities span the continents.  War has ravaged the earth.  Four dragons form the four corners of the compass awake from their 10,000 year's sleep bringing magic with them.  The two major world factions vie for control of the dragons.  The dragons will not be controlled.
