Greetings. I am a FauxNe, a simple person who is rather introverted when it comes to what I write. However, the time has come for me to begin putting my work out into the public sphere. Lately, I have been focused on a few short stories that I am in the process of posting now with, a couple should be ready to view as you read this. I am eager to see what others think, whether it be positive or negative. Honestly, I would prefer to hear your unfiltered thoughts about anything I post. My goal is to see what others think, with that in mind I will blogging certain thoughts and questions regarding any number of things from fears to major life events. With these responses I hope to create material that will catch the attention of a larger number of people. Well that about covers it for now, feel free to check out my profile. I hope to be posting a number of poems within the next day as well. |
| FauxNe The burning orange maze, it is mine. The ocean has grown tired, or am I a guest? Never mattered. An hour came to be a world away. Now I am here, it has already begun. Am I falling in? Or is it spreading out? A rare treat perhaps, does it know? Is it guiding me? Never mattered, I want to see. Another galaxy has passed as the beginning brings the end, but I can keep going. |
| I have just posted another story titled "Daily Routines" that will be a part of a Mosaic. For this story I tried something new and I don't think I was very successful but I am eager to see what you think. I really wish I could link straight to the story from here but this site seems to have a requirement of being overly complicated for whatever reason. | This poem is also available in my portfolio as well so feel free to leave a rating or a review. FauxNe Butterfly Torture Her heart is locked in the vaults of a deadly rhythm. With a breathless exhale, every word escapes her mouth into silence. A fleeting moment of what could be, paralyzing her with uncertainty. Acknowledgement of the situation reveals the lack of innocence. Unacquainted and impatient. This constant pursuit befitted the delight in which she reveled. Gradually her amusement evolved into a poisonous habit of pushing others away. The cyclical rhythm gaining momentum while hiding all the pain. In time it will find another way out as she watches from beyond the veil. |
| Hello everyone, I have finally gotten around to posting some the newer stories that I have been working on. Right away I knew that these stories would be interconnected, and after writing the first piece I could tell that this would most likely end up as a mosaic. This is very exciting as I have never attempted a story like this before and I am eager to hear what you all think. I wish I could figure how to put a link directly to the stories in this blog but I have been getting a tad confused. Anyways, check out my portfolio and feel free to leave a rating or a review. |
| Happy Halloween everyone. After a lengthy hiatus I have returned with more written material that I will be posting in my portfolio over the next couple of days. On that note, would anyone like to explain why I had to "publish" a book on this site in order to start a blog? I ended up posting a basic introduction in the books section of the site where people are posting chapters. I am a little confused as to how this site works but I will begin posting material and hopefully I can figure this out soon enough. Feel free to offer any advice or tips. |
