Give It 100 goals for 2016: exercising every day and keeping a food diary. |

My new goal is to be able to do 6 chin-ups again; my dream is to reach 12. So I'm going to do at least 1 chin-up every day for 100 days. I started 5th September which puts my deadline at 28th December. Wish me luck! |
I'm proud of myself! I made it to 100 days of exercising and 100 days of keeping a food diary. I never want to do the food diary project again but it was good for me and made me more aware of my diet. Maybe someday I'll do 100 days of dieting, but I don't think I could face it now. As for exercising, I'm not fitter or stronger than I was when I started, which is a bit disappointing, but I can live with that. In my defence I've had to deal with back pains and a shoulder injury (partly due to last year's workout regime and partly because of my job). So I didn't do as well as I would like to have, but I think I did the best I could. Overall, I'm satisfied that I've put these two goals behind me. I will continue exercising and writing daily, but for now I'll take a break from the 100. It has been a long road and you guys reminded me that it was worth it. Thank you for believing in me. Now I'm off to enjoy a long weekend out in the bush.
