Month Wrap Up! February 25, 2016 at 10:19pm For the whole month I've been working 3-6 massages per day for five days... It's exhausting work but I love doing it. I like making people feel better... with healing hands, I am able to warm cold tempers, hearts and spirits... I can't please everyone (and today, I was not tipped by one client) but I can try again next time with someone new. It's all good. It's active work and mentally stimulating as well as I have to think on my feet sometimes.

Only a few people recognized me, or maybe only a few people were looking for a coworker in civilian clothes. But that's okay ... This is where I will journal about pre-run and/or post-run for each day.
I will be cross training and other things to meet 30 minutes a day until I can run for the 30+ minutes without suffering much for doing so. You know, when it becomes enjoyable.
