Ok, I have a question. I have looked around a lot, though by no means enough to have seen everything, and still not found my answer. Maybe I missed it.

My question is: are reviews posted here only for those writers who write here? I know it is a community and don't want to overstep lines.

I review books for Goodreads and for Amazon (and sometimes just for me). I used to review children's books for Examiner but quit due to the content surrounding my reviews once published. When I do a review I post to the above as well as my two blogs and sometimes Google+. Would it be possible to post here at Writing.Com even though the author is not a member/account?
