Ugh. I just noticed something:

If I drag an .rtf file to WdC, I lose my smart quotes, but my other formatting (italics, bold, etc) is successfully imported.

If I do the "select all, then copy, then paste" thing, my smart quotes are still intact, but my other formatting (italics, bold) is lost in translation.

So what's more important to you? Smart quotes, or all of your other formatting? *Sad*
