For "Hook Us!" , only the winners of Round 2 are individually notified.


None of the contest page for "Hook Us!" , or the Round 2 item "Round 2 Hook Us! Entries" , or the Site News announcement about the end of Round 1, "Hook Us - Round Two Begins!" , say anything anywhere about individual notifications being sent to anyone at the end of Round 1.

In "Round 2 Hook Us! Entries" , the list of Round 2 finalists appears to be L-item links. L-item links include a userlink, but they do not trigger userlink tagging notifications.
