In chapters 1-249 (at least), you can put a {chapter:#######} link to the other chapter in the choice text box.
I'm not sure whether the choices actually "work" in the 250th chapter, since that's the end of the branch, but if they don't, you can always just tuck the chapter link at the end of the text in the body of the chapter, instead.
