A question about the copyrights to my published book
by A Non-Existent User
I was wondering if this may be the right place to ask a question about the copyrights to my book which has already been published?
The publisher will release the rights for the book to me for a large sum of money that I am unwilling to pay.
Does anyone know if I rewrote it and changed it a little bit and changed the title to it, how much would I have to change it to "call" it a new book?
I'm aware about products that have been patented that if one was to change it by a certain % it can be re-patented under the new person. Does this apply to a book too?
