You don't need to create an image - the image is already created, and it belongs to WDC. The error messages are because you are trying to create an image which is not what you need to do, because the image is already created, and it is shareable for you to use as a Preferred Author.

It is MUCH simpler than that.

What you want to do is make it part of your signature for emails and forum posts like this one.

So all you do is type {image:4000} which will give you



as your signature.

So do this in your reply to me - write your reply in the text box of this forum, and then for the last line type

{image:4000}

and see what happens!
