Okay. In that case, do you have Mobile View enabled?

It's at the bottom of this section of the Account Options pages:
http://www.writing.com/main/my_account/action/edit_prefs#Display

Mobile View:
This allows you to permanently disable the mobile view of Writing.Com.

Be sure to click the Submit Changes button to update your options.
