It depends on the contest, but most contests do this...OK, you click "Create Post" in the message forum area. You know that right? Then you type in your b-item number if the contest requests it. Here is how to use b-item if you do not know:

What I just did to link that to you was use the bitem format. That's what most contests need for you to post your entry. Hope this helps.
