I am having difficulty loading one of the many signatures I have been gifted over the last year. I have tried three different ways, and re-read instructions to boot.

Here is the message: Creative Writing / Writer / WritersError.Writers / Writer / Creative Writing
We encountered the following problem(s):
There was an error with your uploaded file.The server was unable to recognize the file you attempted to upload.

It is possible the file was corrupted, not in .GIF, .JPG or .PNG format, bigger than 400x400, more than 150k in size or not a valid file.

Important note: If you were returned to the item form with an error, you will need to respecify the image file to be uploaded. This is the most likely cause for this error.

For further assistance, please visit our "Technical Support Forum" and post with a detailed explanation the problem you are having. Copying and pasting both the error message above and the URL of this page will help us help you. Reference error number: #30632469
