Greets,

What's the file size of the image -- not just dimensions which you listed as 350x265 -- but the filesize. There's a 150k max.

Note that you can't share an email URL -- it doesn't work like that. Email URLs are private to the person logged in so sharing that doesn't allow us to see the image. Offhand, my best guess at this point is that it's larger than the 150k. The other option might be there were an error before while attempting to add the item and you didn't re-add the image to the item creation form after the initial error.
