Do you mean the newsfeed?

That's linked from two locations --

Personal newsfeed is the square grey group icon under your username at the top left. That page has a link at the top right to the Community newsfeed.

The Community newsfeed is linked under Things To Do & Read in the LH nav menu - at the top of the list.

You can post to the newsfeed from the input area beside your userlink at the top of either newsfeed, or from your Notebook tab in your portfolio.
