When I look at the Public Reviews I have given, there is a box in the upper right-hand corner of each review that says:

Public reviews must be
at least 250 characters
to receive reviewing credits.

or

Credit this reviewer
$25 SEND

What is this?
I know if I don't give a review of at least 250 characters, I don't quality for the Good Deeds for Cash program. But, what does it mean by the other box "Credit this review" which gives a drop down box to select an amount. Is this where WDC gives me review points in an email for reviewing? Is WDC the entity that clicks on an amount from the drop down box and sends it?
