In My Account, Options tab, scroll down to the bottom section Additional Account Tools and click on
Show Hidden Content
List members and notes hidden from your newsfeed.

which takes you here:

http://www.writing.com/main/my_account.php?action=show_hidden

Find Writing.Com Support in the list. Click Unhide at the right end of that line.

Then reload the newsfeed.
