In P15, the edit page is laid out differently, but the function is still there, just in a different place and easier to use.

In the top left corner of the item edit page, is a square that says Add A Cover. Click on the square.

This opens a pop-up with three squares outlined. The one on the right says:
Or enter a
Stock Cover ID:

The blue font indicates Stock Cover is a link. Click that to browse the Stock Covers page. Click on the image you want and close the browsing window. The cover's ID will be loaded into the textbox and the cover image will be displayed in the outlined box on the right. Click Done to return to the edit page of the item. Save the edit.
