Is it for someone else's notebook post that you just commented on? At the bottom of the email, there is a link that says "You can cancel notifications for this thread." Just click the link.

If you don't want to receive emails when someone comments in your notebook, you need to make sure the 'receive email notifications' message at the bottom is unclicked. You can set it to default unclicked by going to Account > Account Settings > Notification Options and scrolling down to "Notebook and Update Reply Notifications".
