The error log doesn't show anything for you related to the review tool in the past week. So if you actually submitted it, then it presumably went through, and the person should have it. If their email box is overfull, it would still be attached to their item and show in their Received Reviews listing in their Reviews tab (which is not the listing shown when they open the tab. Unless they hid the review. In either case, it would also show in your Given Reviews listing in your Reviews tab -- which is not the listing shown when you open the tab. Also, if you go to that item again, you would see an email form under the item along with a link to your review and your rating, if any. If you stored it without sending it, then it would still be in your Review Tool, which is linked under My Account/My Review Tool. Also, if you go to that item again, you would still see a Review Box under the item. If you clicked out of the window without storing or sending it, then it's gone unless you had Lazarus installed on the browser you were using at the time. If you did, then you would go back to the item, open the Review Tool again from the button at the bottom, and hopefully Lazarus would be able to retrieve the text. Hope that helps.
