Click to gear icon in the upper right corner of your item and then click to edit item. Under access restrictions you have options:
keep private for my eyes only, make public allow to everyone, registered users and higher only, registered authors and higher only, preferred authors and higher only, group only. Just choose the one that suits you the most. If you want specific members to get access you can create group yourself and add them to it or someone else can create a group and add you. Either way you can choose group only sharing restrictions and only members who are part of that group will have access to your item if you provide them link.

You also have passkey option. Passkey you can find if you click to advanced when you're editing item. Please note that you can create passkey only in case you have upgraded membership and higher. Simply create passkey (numbers) and provide the same number together with item link to those you wish to view your writing.
