I am not sure ~Minja~ is 100% correct about covers.

I think to be able to upload covers using your own images, you have to have an Upgraded membership. If I am reading and understanding correctly, with the lower membership, you can use stock covers provided by WDC.

If you can not afford an Upgrade at this time, I hope you will explore some other options to be able to maintain that level of membership. There are places on here where you can ask for help.
