Dealing with a stubborn publisher
Hi all, and thanks for reading this post. I am dealing with what appears to be a 'breach of contract' by a publishing company. I was offered a royalties-based contract for my novel by this company last fall, and as of today (July 12, 2016) they have done nothing on their end. My most recent communications to them have gone unanswered. I suppose I could sue, but that would take a lot of out-of-pocket costs on my end up front, which I would rather avoid. I would rather not name this company in this post, but I could do so in private communications with any fellow writers who may have been, or currently are, in the same bind.

Do any of you have experience with 'breach of contract' disputes, and how have you resolved them? Thanks for any feedback you can offer me. Private replies are encouraged.
