So, I tried to purchase upgraded membership. I purchased it, wasn't able to reap the rewards, and thus purchased it again. I can't reap the rewards again. So, first of all, why am I still at basic membership when I purchased upgraded membership? Second of all, how do I get my money back on one of my purchases for upgraded membership?
