I don't know if it's feasible, but you could post this in "Suggestion Box" .

Most of the intermittent failure issues can be checked yourself manually, though.

If you reviewed the item and received an AutoReward before, so had to reset the review area.

If the non-template part of your review is under 250 characters. You can check character count after the fact in your Notepad's Scratchpad page. For insurance, go at least a few over the 250 mark in case of character counter anomalies.

The notice is automatically removed when the GP balance falls below 5x the amount. Due to the interval between load and review sent, it's possible for the AutoReward on a popular item to have already been cancelled. If you search the AutoRewarded Items list with the item number right after sending the review, and the item is not found in the list, funding is likely the reason. If it's still listed, the funding is not likely to be the issue.



Also, when this happens, do you check your GP log? Sometimes the email notification is delayed or undeliverable due to over-full email storage.


If this happened today, it looks like the one review was too short to count.
