No problems on my end. After I clicked "Checkout now" the next page loaded right with the options to pay at the bottom. To test it, I chose " Pay online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover or Diner's Club." and clicked "Continue Checkout" Then "Pay with card" again on the next screen and it opened.
I closed the window then as I am not ready to pay today.
I no longer use paypal so I didn't test that option.
