If you're asking about "Daily Flash Fiction Challenge" , the directions say:

A new prompt will be posted every day in the forum at the bottom of this page at approximately 11:00 pm WDC time. (Eastern US time). The prompt will have the date of the next day, the day it is due.


The prompt would be located in a forum post titled with the date. You would scroll down far enough to find it and then click on the title of the post to open the post with the prompt information.
