Non-Technical Support Forum

The first point of contact for most issues is to post in the appropriate support forum because the support forums are monitored by several people, including some of the moderators, who can answer questions. A direct email is usually slower because it depends on the availability of one person.

From more than one of your recent reviews, including the one you mentioned, you seem to be under the very mistaken impression that nonfiction, personal, and opinion writing is not allowed on this site.

Members are allowed to post whatever they want in their ports as long as it's legal, content rated correctly, their own work, and not spam.

If you personally don't care for what a particular member has posted, please feel free to click the red X, avoid their port, and read something else that does suit your tastes.


Site members host most of the activities on the site, including auctions and raffles that raise gift points to run the writing and reviewing activities and contests. You'll find such things promoted on the site Community/Activities page any day of the year. People holding activities and contests often advertise them in the signature section of their emails and other places around the site.

Participation in activities and contests is optional. If you're not interested, please feel free to ignore and avoid those, also.
