Thank you very much, yes...I am with you. I have bought software from there before. The longer I sat here, the more angrier I became. I really can not see that much difference in my HP Desktop and my HP Laptop other than I can not find my disks. As much as I covet my computer equipment; they have disappeared.
If I cannot achieve desired results; I will follow your excellent advice. I have to go and argue with the store—can't miss that.
