This kind of question belongs in "Technical Support Forum"  rather than here.

That said, it sounds like they are aware that the order is incomplete. Was there any notation about this item in an invoice shipped with the rest of the order, such as 'it's on back order and will be shipped later' perhaps?

Otherwise, you'll have to wait for The StoryMaster to check on this.
