To get increased number of views to my articles/to get paid

Hello!
Thank you in advance for sending responses to these following questions.
On the one hand,I have noticed that since my superscription that the number of viewers does not increase and stay unchanged after one week from the date of publication of my article.So I am wondering whether or not I have the option to get all my articles read by all the public.
On the other hand, When can I be paid? I have already a pay pal account which gets the same account than my e.mail account.
I am very pleased to be on your web site and I hope to get always such first good impression of it.
