The unlocking isn't instant. It can take 15-20 minutes for the unlocker to process a membership renewal.

Also, the paid membership you had previously was Premium level, and you had 370 items -- more items than the 250 items allowed for Upgraded memberships. Some of your items would remain locked for being over the limit.

To restore your account to full functionality, you could
increase your membership level to Premium,
or
see this tutorial for cleaning up a port after downsizing has already occurred:
"Invalid Post"
