Very weird... The login logs for your account don't show many logout/logins for your account. And even odder, I don't see any for Windows 10 and Chrome. I do see a Mac login and a failed attempt from
I did login to your account and was able to successfully open the portfolio organizer for your portfolio ... I also moved one item and then moved it back to verify it was working as it should.
At this time, I don't know what different configuration you're using that's causing problems, unfortunately. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and rebooting?
