Yes, you could also create a page that displays up to 50 of your merit badges.

Since you already have a paged listing in your port that displays all of them, there wouldn't seem to be much point to doing so.
Click on Merit Badges (#) above the displayed merit badges in your community page, or View All # Badges at the bottom, or
