In reference to your edit of the post...

When clicked as a dynamic opener in your portfolio view, the "Folder Summary (Optional) field is what's shown. This is a more limited area so that very large blocks of content are not dynamically loaded.

Since this is a rather small block of text, you can simply duplicate it into the "Folder Summary" from the "Item Body" to have it show dynamically when clicked from your portfolio view.
