Credit can be given in various forms, such as a bonus, medal, or trophy. Extending "kudos" to another individual is often done as a praising remark. Welcome to Kudos...WDC Style.
Group Rules & Guidelines: Keep all group related business confidential. When a Kudos is rewarded we want it to be a surprise. Conduct yourself in a professional manner during group related activities. You can still have fun though! Take time to promote, foster and nurture other members whenever you can. I reserve the right to add or remove things from this list as I see fit. In order to spread the news of Kudos throughout WDC, all groups members are asked to make public reviews whenever possible. Gaining exposure for the group will ensure its success and longevity. It will also help us find members that are deserving of a Kudos. Please read the following guidelines I have set for the group. Reviewing Guidelines: All reviews must have a Kudos review signature. All reviews must be made public* and have a minimum of 250 characters w/o WritingML. Reviews should be honest, respectful, helpful and encouraging. Constructive criticism is fine as long as it isn't mean spirited. *If an item that is reviewed requires a great deal of work and is rated lower than 2.5, it does not have to be public. From time to time, I will post several items in the forum to be reviewed. All members who chose to review these items will receive a reviewing bonus; granted they follow the guidelines above. Everyone likes to receive honest, helpful and encouraging reviews. Here at Writing.com, reviewing in an integral part of our community. Members of all case colors and various levels of experience can benefit from reviews/reviewing. By reviewing our peers, we gain a better understanding of the writing world and all that it encompasses. This feedback is vitally important for our growth as authors. Please keep this in mind while you are making your reviews.
