The story begins with a few characters to start it going. Add as many new characters as you like.

The beginning characters are three high school couples. Rob and Becky, Louis and Missie, and Alexander and Cassandra.

Rob and Louis are best friends, Rob is the leader of the two. Alexander is a year older and more independent.

Becky and Missie are fun-loving teens with lithe, pretty bodies, but are not very curvy. Cassandra recently moved to the area. She has an hourglass figure and is naturally athletic, but unlike Becky and Missie, who do some gymnastics, she rarely exercises because she adds muscle too easily. She has just started going out with Alexander, who, loves this about her and thinks this is a secret.

The story takes place in the South Fields Mall, where a salesman operates a muscle growth machine. It grows muscles and height but does not make giants or giantesses. It seems to work better on females, but why that is so is not initially, clear, nor is it clear exactly how it works.
