Should cities depend on unions to run vital portions of infrastructure?
Poll Question:
Recent events in the Big Apple have brought to the surface a compelling issue.

There is no question that unionization played a very important role historically in the lives of millions of Americans. Today, with the laws that exist (many of them because of the stance unions took decades ago) to protect the worker and his benefits, the union's continued value to society is questionable. This being the case, should cities really put the keys of valuable infrastructure in the hands of union leaders who answer to their membership rather than to the masses?
Poll Options:
Infrastructure cannot function efficiently without unions.
Infrastructure would function fine without unions.
Infrastructure should be handled with a combination of both city employees and unions.
