is this a good way to conduct my poetry contest?
Poll Question:
The first round of my poetry contest had a turnout of 17 entries with 1 disqualification which means I'm doing 16 reviews for the contest. I did these reviews over a two day span. Even thought the poems were only 5 lines, my reviews were on average 3015 characters between the ranged of 1530 characters and 3847 characters (that's without writingMLtags). I thought it was a lot of reviewing for two days and felt a little rushed and pressured to push them out so I could announce the winner. So my question is to the entrees and anyone else that come across to this poll:

Would it be acceptable to the entrees if I posted the winners at the close of the following round. In other words, when I close the contest for round two, I would post the prompt for round three and then at the close of round three, I would post the winners of round two, giving me a solid week of time to conduct the reviews and judging. Do the contestants and other on lookers of this poll find this idea acceptable? If anyone has a better idea than the presented one please email me so I can figure this out. THANK YOU!
