light as snowin winter heavy snow falls enliven the outer world
Summer Grain Gold and brown
wave their pretty heads above the darkened earth.
what a day!
Over Hills frontiersmen arrive with steady mules
What light snow melts and levies dried in coal colorado
but endangered men women plod the scattered soil
with legs limbered in sullen sun and feet chilled in indian wear
crept along silent degree and saddened old dads.
