A Flash Horror story written for a prompt of the same name.
It wasn´t my fault. . .

If anything, it was Tim Murphy´s fault. I know I shouldn´t have been hanging out with him, but well. . .none of the other kids at school wanted to be friends with me, so in a way it´s their fault.

Tim Murphy started by asking me to get him some money, so I sneaked into my parent´s bedroom and stole some of the cash they kept in a drawer. Tim used that to buy cigarettes, beer, and even some weed. He shared it with me, but I didn´t like it. When it made me throw up, Tim just laughed and told me to have some more.

Then one day he said to me, ¨Are you a virgin?¨

¨Yes¨. That was true because none of the girls at school wanted to go out with me. Maybe if they had, this wouldn´t have happened so this is partly their fault.

¨Let´s see if we can fix that.¨ He went out and came back with a girl about my age. ¨This girl´s gonna give you a blow job. He pushed her on the ground in front of me. When she tried to get up, he kicked her in the face with his steel-toed boot several times until her face was bloody.

I didn´t like seeing that happen to the girl, but I unzipped my pants because I wanted to see what a blowjob was like, and I knew I´d never get on any other way. It wasn´t my fault.

That´s when the crazy part happened. These two people appeared. They were both dressed all in white and they seemed to almost glow. The first one picked up the girl, kissed her, and carried her away.

That´s important. You keep saying the girl´s body was near me. That´s wrong. She was still alive when person carried her away. As for Tim´s body, the other person did that.

You see the other person was carrying this sword, and he used it to lob off Tim´s head. Then he put the sword in my hands before he went away.

That´s what happened.

I didn´t kill anyone.

It wasn´t my fault.
