Summary of this Book...
The novel is difficult to describe. I would say that it is a cross between a quaint coming of age tale and a horror story. Every bit of it is masterfully written and engaging. That is all I will say about it, as I do not want to give away the monster twist in the novel.

People who enjoy atmospheric horror and literary style writing rich with symbolism and metaphors.

The protagonist, Niles Alexander Perry, is the most memorable character I have ever read.

I am an avid reader of many genres and styles, and this is my favorite book of all time. Clearly, I think that it has merit.
