Each short chapter is like a time out to reflect and get a sense of what haiku is all about. It offers a door to awareness of this form with its dedication to the present moment and connection to all that is.

Anyone who enjoys Haiku, meditation or wants to explore how haiku works by looking at some master haijin.

The short chapters as one could easily reflect on one a day and entering that world , continue on with one's own writing haiku time.
