I've added a new entry to my book, How much time does it take to convert to Judaism? I color coded one month and kept track of classes, videos, and holidays. It is amazing how much time I spend learning, and not everything that I do is on the calendar!"My Conversion Story Journal:

I've added a new entry to my book, Pesach, Shabbat, and a year completed. One year ago a person who found a Rabbi to answer their questions is a very different person today. And I'm thankful for that."My Conversion Story Journal:

I've added a new entry to my book, Purim is this weekend. It is my last holiday that I studied alone. It is also the holiday that made me think about converting to Judaism in the first place. Purim. I can't wait!"My Conversion Story Journal:

I've added a new entry to my book, Sometimes people say things that mean as a joke and it has unforeseen consequences. Who could know that a conversation about Jewish food and the fact that I have not eaten lox could cause so much turmoil. "And you call yourself a Jew." I don't think I can call myself anything except confused. "My Conversion Story Journal:

I've added a new entry to my book, From tears to business? Weirdest Shabbat ever! Sometimes it takes a few days to wrap our heads around events that troubling, exciting, or just plain out of the norm. How was my Sabbath? Well, I guess I'm still working that one out. "My Conversion Story Journal:

I've added a new entry to my book, Too many times we look back and think, "What could have been?" I have been doing that this week until today. This week's Torah portion message changed my outlook. As Dori would say, "Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming." "My Conversion Story Journal:

I've added a new entry to my book, There is a song by Amir Dadon
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCJh9YcrL3k&list=PLuYdgPcOeq_anPLwNpmxAqJGUWHhE0...
The title translated as: "Between the holy and the profane"
"There is no peace in the place where I came from
And this journey is heavy and a bit big for me
I need to grow out of this and that's enough
grow out of it and that's enough"

As life sometimes seems to much, I think of this song and focus on my growth and the holy part of my life that has helped me grow. This journal entry is about Shabbat. And since I started becoming part of a community, how much I have grown is also included, because I only get to be a part of the community (at this time) on Shabbat. "My Conversion Story Journal:
