What beauty is to me

The scent in the crisp air during a thunderstorm
That’s beauty

A crystal clear stream as the brilliant rays of the sun beat down upon it
That’s beauty

The rising of the sun in the morning
That’s beauty

The red-orange hued sky as the sun sets
That’s beauty

The shimmering of stars once darkness falls
That’s beauty

The moon smiling down on one
That’s beauty

What lies within one’s heart
That’s real beauty….
And cannot be replaced.
