Frustrations, too much politicking and not enough caring
Combat, combat, "fight, fight, fight.
A challenge heard throughout the night-
to a wasteland we keep sending,
our precious troops in hopes of defending,

With heavy hearts and fears
the nation sheds our collective tears
while we weep and mourn for our lost,
the peace we search for will reap a pricely cost-

Wrapped in a time of uncertainty
mired in a gloamy reality
we pray to keep our soldier's safe
away from harm's laid out fate

All the while at home we argue
over which side has more virtue-
some say this, and some say that,
in the end it's all tit for tat!

What's done is done
rewind, the clock will not
like a web intricately weaved and taut
in this perilous world we are caught,

So much stress and tension
we have made conflicts with ourselves a perfect ammunition
we are at a crossroads, you and I,

Together we stand, divided we fall!
